Victoria began her career at Transatlantic North America Inc. at ground level, gaining unparalleled experience in the logistics space, while also establishing herself as a respected operator within the transportation industry. Over the years, Victoria dedicated to the development of Transatlantic, and as a result has driven herself up the ladder by devoting to the experience of her clients who function across a diverse industry pool worldwide. Currently working as a Branch Manager for Transatlantic North America, Victoria is widely known for her operational expertise, customer experience dedication, and public speaking proficiency.
Victoria presently overseas all operational functions of Transatlantic and plays a crucial role in determining the direction and development of all new services offered within the company. Victoria is passionate about educating and empowering her associates to ensure her team consistently delivers enthusiasm and dependability throughout all operational interactions. While managing all sales and marketing functions of the company, Victoria consistently excels at pursuing, securing, and maintaining new and current client relations to guarantee every client feels like family. Prior to joining the team at Transatlantic, Victoria spent ten years navigating the nursing and food and beverage industries through several leadership roles, always driving her passion for customer experience as a foremost priority. Holding a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science from DePaul University, Victoria is an avid supporter of continuing education, and proud to call Chicago home. |
