Hughes currently serves Director, Innovation Partnerships and Planning for NRG where he is responsible for developing and communicating the company’s long term B2C innovation road map; serving as the external interface with various innovation partners and start-ups; and leading the company’s Retail incubation initiatives.
Prior to his current role, he served as the lead for NRG’s Strategic Initiatives, Planning and Integration efforts across consumer brands. Over the course of his ten years at NRG, he has also led the NRG Retail Marketing teams, the Retail Foundation & Community team, and NRG’s Sponsorship & Events group. Prior to joining NRG, Tom spent 15 years with AT&T in various B2B and B2C roles across Brand, Advertising, Marketing, Ecommerce and Sales. |
