Hailing from the United States Virgin Islands, Mrs. Tish McFadden is a graduate of Howard University School of Business, where she received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Management, with a minor in Hospitality Management. Tish also received her Masters of Science degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and is a certified Professional in Human Resources with the HR Certification Institute. With over 20 years of HR experience, a few of the highlights in her career include completing several hotel acquisitions, creating Realistic Job Previews the trim turnover, working with Anne Arundel Workforce Development Corp and Anne Arundel Community College to create to practicum for the Guest Service Gold pilot program, and partnering with the Literacy Council of Northern Virginia on Destination Workforce, which received recognition in a Congressional record.
