Tina Dinger is a senior vice president of Northwest Bank. In her role, Tina manages the Enterprise Project Management Office, providing leadership and oversight of the bank’s portfolio of strategic, regulatory and business process transformation programs and projects. She has nearly 20 years of experience as a strategic leader and business consultant, leading initiatives to drive business transformation, efficiencies and operational excellence across the organization.
Tina holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Western Governors University and an associate degree in computer information systems from Jamestown Community College. She is a certified lean six sigma black belt and a graduate of the Pennsylvania Banker’s Advanced School of Banking. Tina currently serves on the board of the Warren Forest Higher Education Council. She is a regular guest speaker at the PEX Network Operational Excellence in Financial Services and Leadership Summit conferences. |
