Shawn Hackett has spent the last decade helping to create magical and scientific moments for families.
As the Manager, CRM for the Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago, she currently leads the Museum in best in class Guest engagement strategy, platform integration, data management, and cross team interaction to make improvements across all segments. She has over 10 years of building dynamic automations, multi-channel communications, using analytics to drive change and designing programs from the guest’s point of view. Prior to working at the Museum, Shawn worked for the Walt Disney Company working on member retention, guest planning, and continued guest engagement between visits. Outside of work she volunteers planning events with Cupid’s Charities supporting Children’s Tumor Foundation. |
