Samantha Stedford is the Director of Customer Experience for the Allegheny County Airport Authority at Pittsburgh International Airport. Samantha is responsible for developing and executing a modern customer experience strategy for the airport. She works to leverage data and technology to enhance the end-to-end customer experience and integrate cross-functional areas of the business to create a customer experience roadmap that’s the envy of the industry.
Samantha began her career in aviation working for US Airways Express and has served the airport for more than 14 years in various roles. She heads a community-based Accessibility Advisory Group to ensure Pittsburgh International’s new terminal meet the needs of every traveler. Additionally, she worked as the project advisor to build PIT’s sensory room and helped develop the airport’s partnership with Carnegie Mellon University. A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, she holds a degree in Public Relations and an MBA from Robert Morris University. |
