Ryan Curran is senior vice president of Fulton Bank. In his role, Ryan is the Director of Deposit Operations, Internal Operations, Direct Banking Contact Center, Operations Program Management, Operations Data & Analytics and Process Optimization. Prior to joining Fulton, Ryan held a variety of leadership positions at Merrill Lynch, ING, and Voya. He has extensive experience in driving business transformation through organizational change management, process design and operational excellence programs, outsourcing management and customer service strategy formulation and execution. He serves as an adjunct faculty member at Pennsylvania State University.
Ryan earned an MBA from Pennsylvania State University and a bachelor's degree in Finance from University of Delaware. He holds certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Change Management professional and in M&A Integration. He is working towards completion of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking diploma and Leadership Certificate through University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. |
