Rob is a dynamic senior executive who brings exceptional experience and successes within critical areas of business management by: evaluating human capital/talent needs, assessing brand identity and value proposition characteristics, positioning product and service development and delivery orientations throughout a continual process of changing business environments.
He successfully created three distribution/business development organizations and businesses from inception across three different world-class asset management firms –differing in size ($100B to $1.4T), composition (single entity versus multi-affiliate), and culture/focus (institutional, non-traditional, advisor centric). He is well skilled and successful in leading change and business transformation by reshaping and rebranding go-to-market approaches and identities, meshing traditional brands and value propositions with innovation, and evolving historical market positioning to meet market and customer demand and expand business growth. Rob is a published industry thought leader and a member of the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association. Rob earned an A.B. in economics from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He has FINRA licenses 6,7,24,26, and 63 and NFA Series 3. |
