Rob Spalding has over 20 years of marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry. He has been working at DWA Healthcare Communications Group for the past 7 years, currently as the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer. DWA is an integrated network of agencies that partner with pharmaceutical companies to provide communications and education to healthcare professionals. Rob works with clients representing start-up to fortune 100 companies. He has led the efforts to grow and diversify customer segments and expand the service mix to meet continuous evolution of customer needs. Those services have ranged from experiential reality to personalized education.
Prior to DWA, Rob worked at Eli Lilly and Company for 12 years in various US and global marketing leadership roles. He has launched global brands that have reached $5 billion in revenue, repositioned brands to accelerate growth, and flattened brands that had declining revenue. Rob has a BA in Business Administration from Truman State University and an MBA with concentrations in marketing and finance from University of Chicago, Booth. |
