If your situation requires greater flexibility than our Immersion option, we offer the same George Washington University School of Business Customer Experience Program in an eight-week online learning setting. This alternative to our in-class programs allows you to select your own time and place to attend. You can tailor the program to your pace and personal learning style. If you want the convenience of self-study, but still want to be able to ask questions and receive feedback from an expert, then our online courses are just right for you.
What To Expect?
During the program, you’ll access The George Washington University School of Business, online learning portal. Each of the eight-modules is presented weekly, along with videos, references, assignments, chat, and collaborative sessions. As in the classroom course, you'll work on a Capstone Project and receive your Professional Customer Experience Portfolio at the course’s conclusion.
