Nick Gottner is the Senior Director of Operations at Daugherty Business Solutions, an advisory services and technology consulting firm. In this role Nick leads the firm’s operations encompassing service delivery, strategy development, financial management, human resources, recruiting, and competitive performance. Nick has over 20 years’ experience in business operations, strategy development, corporate restructuring, business expansion, and technology utilization and efficiency. He has a passion in forging exceptional employee and customer relationships in B2B and B2C settings, and places a high level of focus on motivating teams to achieve peak sales, service delivery, and productivity goals.
Prior to joining Daugherty Business Solutions, Nick worked for Cricket Wireless in a variety of leadership roles involving customer experience, business operations, and corporate restructuring initiatives. He holds an MBA and an MS in Information Systems from the University of Colorado, and a BS in Information Systems from the University of Iowa. |
