Neil has served as the Manager of Customer Experience Centers for Express in Columbus, Ohio since November 2019. Here he leads multi-channel contact centers responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience in support of eCommerce. Prior to joining Express Neil managed BPO operations for Interactions, an Intelligent Virtual Assistant company. Preceding that he held numerous positions at CenturyLink/Qwest Communications including leading post-sales support for enterprise business, national ordering/implementation, and outsourcing.
Neil attended Virginia Commonwealth University and Franklin University where he received a BS in Marketing. Prior to college he served 5 years on active duty with the U.S. Army. |
