Morgan has a breadth of professional experience spanning across international business, business development, and customer success for both the public and private sector. She has worked as a major account manager for the hospitality industry, served as an international market advisor for UK and US based technology companies, and has more recently entered into the IoT technology industry as a customer success champion and leader.
She obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) from Georgia State University and also holds an International M.B.A. (IMBA) degree from the University of South Carolina. She is passionate about the customer experience and how it can catalyze business transformation and lead to increased ROI for both companies and customers. |
