Meredith Friedman is an accomplished operations and human resources leader. Throughout her career, she has successfully led large scale initiatives from ideation to implementation. She is currently the Director of Operations at CubeSmart (NYSE: Cube) – a real estate investment trust headquartered in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She capably devises enhancements to systems, structures, and organizational capability-building; these endeavors have elevated the customer experience and contributed to company growth.
She has a flair for building effective teams, developing others, and achieving results. She adeptly combines her passions for organizational psychology and problem solving by applying the latest research and data-driven insights to people, processes, and systems in ways that allow others to understand and follow. She is sought out for her strategic thinking, counsel, and mentorship on a recurring basis. Meredith holds an AB in Psychology from Harvard and is a graduate of The Wharton Management Program. |
