With more than 12 years of experience in marketing I am keen on producing creative, result-oriented marketing campaigns and CX projects. I successfully implemented the FINCA bank brand transformation initiative, working closely with global teams and external stakeholders.
I am multi-functional expert in brand marketing and strategy.
Currently, I am the Head of Marketing, PR and Customer Experience department of FINCA Bank Georgia, part of the FINCA Impact Finance, global network of 20 microfinance banks. I am accountable for customer experience, financial literacy programs, lead generation, social media strategy, public relations, brand and internal communications.
