Ms. Flocchini is a change agent, business transformation leader, category and value creator who is passionate about customer success, marketing, data and analytics, legal technology, and productizing WOW moments for customers. She has over 20 years of experience working in the legal technology space. Her mantra and guiding principle are “the customer is the center of the universe.”
Ms. Flocchini currently works for SurePoint Technologies, the leading provider of financial and practice management software to law firms nationwide. In her role as Chief Revenue & Data Scientist, she is responsible for building the marketing engine, GTM strategy, community engagement, sales enablement, and sales operations functions.
Ms. Flocchini has extensive experience working with legal tech start-ups and launching new product categories such as Legal Analytics and the next generation of legal research. She was the Head of Customer Success for Lex Machina, a LexisNexis company. Ms. Flocchini also ran the Customer Success team at Logikcull, the first and only Instant Discovery platform available to law firms, corporations, and governments of all sizes. Ms. Flocchini’s previous experience includes working at Thomson Reuters, where she held roles in account management and sales, and Director of Product Marketing for Westlaw, the company’s flagship product.
In her role as Chief Marketing Officer, she develops and leads the strategy to execute customer-centric marketing and sales enablement strategies and tactics that drive growth. She is dedicated and committed to integrating the “voice of the customer” to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, lead and demand generation, product marketing, and community engagement. Lydia is also responsible for the sales enablement and operations functions and accelerating the performance of the go-to-market team by empowering them with the tools, resources, training and technology they need to be successful.
Ms.Flocchini double majored in History and Classical Civilizations from the University of California, Los Angeles, and has a J.D. from the University of San Francisco, School of Law. She is also a Member of the San Francisco Chapter of the Chief Women’s Network.
