Lacy is the CRM Engagement Manager for GOJO, makers of PURELL® products and the leading global producer and marketer of skin health and hygiene solutions for away-from-home settings. She has strategic, change management, and project leadership responsibilities for customer relationship management (CRM) and is the primary liaison between the CRM and Marketing organizations at GOJO.
Lacy focuses on generating connectivity and understanding in cross-functional teams to help ensure customers have a consistent, positive experience throughout their customer journey with every area where they interact. In her 15 years as a B2B marketing professional, she has demonstrated expertise in campaign development, sales planning, crisis communications, and marketing automation. Lacy has a bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media Studies from Pennsylvania State University. She has been a Marketo Certified Expert since 2013 and holds Marketo specializations in campaigns and event management. |
