Kelley O’Keeffe, MBA has been working the technology industry for 15 years managing marquis client relationships for technology firms in the B2B space. Kelley’s background with IBM and Gartner in Silicon Valley allowed her to develop and refine her method of client engagement that allowed her to be a trusted advisor to her clients to improve their customer experience and go to market approaches.
Kelley is currently Senior Director, Global Account Management for ServiceSource, the ‘Customer Experience Company.’ She now resides in Atlanta with her husband Jaime and dog Elvis. |
