2020 marks Josh’s ten-year anniversary with Reynolds Consumer Products. He initially joined the team at RCP-Jacksonville, working in various operations roles on the Hefty Waste and Hefty Slider Bags teams and visiting nearly every RCP manufacturing facility across the country, including Reynolds Wrap and Hefty Tableware sites. Over the second half of the decade, Josh has been a member of our Category Management team, directly supporting numerous Key Accounts across the Grocery, Home Improvement, and Dollar Channels. In this role, he partners directly with retailer merchants to solve complex business problems in a highly competitive, omni-channel market landscape that includes Aluminum Foil & Cooking, Disposable Tableware, Waste Bags, Food Storage Bags, and Disposable Containers. Key objectives are measured in terms of growing sales and profitability, better understanding shopper segments, gaining market share, and building mutual competitive advantages.
Beyond manufacturing plants and customer meetings, his background includes six years as a US Army Infantry Captain in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Josh is grateful for the opportunity to learn about leadership across a variety of settings and geographies; from Ranger School to MBA classrooms, and from urban combat to strategic customer presentations. He serves in his local church and with service organizations in the broader Charlotte, NC community. Each of these experiences offers a challenging landscape where individuals from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities joined together in shared experiences and common goals. |
