Jeremy Jordan is the Chief Operating Officer leading all customer services at SDI, Inc. Delivering to a diverse blend of industries as well as customer positions ranging from mechanic to CFO and CPO, Jeremy is laser focused on reducing the total cost of ownership in the often under resourced MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Operations) supply chain. After spending more than two decades in business service organizations helping customers tackle their challenges, Jeremy knows how to effectively collaborate with customers to define their goals, objectives and pain points then unite that information with the data science to execute the right solution. Ultimately, Jeremy unlocks the full value from a spend category previously thought unachievable for his clients.
