Janet has over 30 years experience in the insurance and financial services industry leading customer facing operations, training, organizational development, process improvement. and transformational business and technical projects. She joined Trustmark (Lake Forest, IL) in March of 2013 where she is VP and COO for Trustmark's Voluntary Benefits division.
