Henry Wright, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Client Experience Officer of Truist Insurance Holdings, Inc. (a division of Truist Financial Corporation). This executive level position oversees the strategy, planning and execution of the firm’s overall client experience. In this role, Mr. Wright also partners with other members of the executive leadership team and individual businesses to deepen client engagement across the organization. Henry’s responsibilities include: Coordinating, influencing and overseeing the execution of client experience design plans in coordination with the businesses: Acting as a client advocate by driving a client mindset and cross-channel strategies throughout the organization; Establishing KPIs and leveraging analytics and insights to develop a deep understanding of client behaviors and desires, and ensuring these are translated into communication solutions and process improvements; Recommending products and services to improve the end-to-end client journey.
As Client Experience Officer, Having worked in the insurance industry since 1995, Henry joined the Truist organization in 2009 and was most recently responsible for directing and delivering risk solutions for McGriff. Prior to that, he was Vice President & Risk Assessment Manager at Wachovia, EVP & Principal for Enercorp Consulting and a Regional Field Operations Manager at Liberty Mutual. Henry earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Alabama, completed a master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies and psychology at Indiana University and earned an MBA from Strayer University. |
