Haley Samsi is the VP of Operations for Philadelphia based company, Saxbys. A quintessential Philadelphia gal - Haley graduated from the University of Pennsylvania and started her career at the Center City District as their Retail Outreach Manager. She then went on to work on the redevelopment of The Gallery, now Fashion District of Philadelphia, all while cheering on the Eagles in good times and bad.
She joined Saxbys in 2017 to run Real Estate, moving next to run the development for their Experiential Learning Platform and in 2019 made the leap to oversee Operations for their nearly 30 cafes. Haley loves leading a team of young entrepreneurial operators and finding ways to constantly grow and develop them as leaders. She lives in Center City Philadelphia with her boyfriend Jim and their two dogs Giselle and Layla. |
