George Dotterer is a successful entrepreneur with a 19-year track record building leading-edge technology companies specializing in wireless and network tools / expertise, software development services, large-scale data analytics, and K-12 Education tools. Drawing on his 35 years of engineering and management leadership experience, Dotterer is finely attuned to identifying market and client needs and then designing the technology solutions to meet them.
As CEO and co-founder of Verite Group, Inc., Dotterer leads the company team of over 100 experts in providing innovative leading-edge, tailored technology solutions and Subject Matter Expert (SME) services to large commercial and government clients. Verite Group’s niche is the ability to build end-to-end software solutions at the intersection of technology, operations, and analysis.
Dotterer also co-founded and managed the successful launch of Verite Educational Services, LLC (VES), a spin-out subsidiary of Verite Group. VES’s main product, Net-Ref – manages school networks, monitors classrooms, and measures EdTech use. As CEO of VES, Dotterer leads all aspects of the NetRef business and Product life cycles.
Dotterer holds a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University. He also completed an executive education course in Marketing Telecommunications at INSEAD, in Fontainebleau, France.
Dotterer is an active member of the Executive Circle at Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC). Dotterer is also a member of Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers (I.E.E.E) for more than 36 years.
