Elaine is no stranger to both internal and external customer experience through management, operations, marketing and sales, having spent over twenty-five years focusing on consumers through roles such as product development, consumer information, product information department development, inside sales and account management.
She has worked for a diverse range of organizations, including large corporations such as General Nutrition Corporation and Berlin Packaging and smaller more niche organizations focusing on marketing, branding and research. Elaine has been responsible for starting a consumer information line, developing marketing/consumer focused information and training, directing account management teams and a wide range of other customer experience centric roles. A visionary operations and management executive with experience managing departments, products and projects from strategy and planning through execution and refinement, Elaine holds her MBA from Robert Morris University. |
