Dawn Conroy is a marketing and brand strategist with nearly 20 years' experience in delivering results-driven programming for brands that have ranged from local Chicago legends to global household names. Currently, Dawn is the Manager, Marketing Services for the American Society of Safety Professionals, where she leads marketing initiatives in brand strategy and professional development. Dawn is a founding member of the ASSP UX Team, focused on designing member-centric journeys in the digital space.
Prior to her role with ASSP, Dawn served as Group Account Director for Aisle Rocket, where she led multichannel brand and marketing campaigns for KitchenAid, Amana, Gladiator and Vermont Castings brands. Building strong customer relationships into the brand identity has been the focus of Dawn’s career and a cornerstone of success in earlier roles, including marketing for Lou Malnati’s Pizzerias and Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. Dawn holds a BA from Dominican University in Communication Arts & Sciences and is a professional member of the American Marketing Association. |
