Currently, I am a senior analyst in commercial analytics for the oncology division of AbbVie. My role supports sales and marketing teams to understand sub-national and national performance trends of a major pharmaceutical product line. I lead an off-shore team in researching and analyzing execution and performance metrics. Insights learned from these exercises are then presented, along with strategic recommendations, to sales and marketing teams to improve our standing in the market.
Previously, I was in advanced analytics in Reynoldsburg, Ohio with Bath and Body Works. My purpose was to feed creative teams with the data they need to be more effective. I did background research using tools such as Coremetrics, SAS, SQL, and Localytics and used this combined with applied behavioral economics concepts to drive more conversions for the client. Through my undergraduate career, I took classes in marketing and psychology to learn how people think and act. Through these classes, I learned how people interact with their environment and some theories about how they think. I applied these concepts in my graduate studies in customer insights. I also led high-performing teams during my time as a Division I college athlete at The Ohio State University. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business. As part of my coursework, I helped create a new marketing strategies and performed brand audits for client companies. I also consulted for a central Ohio-based marketing firm where I created an ad campaign for a client organization to drive conversions on their websites and tracked these campaigns using Google Analytics and AdWords. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The Ohio State University with minors in Molecular Genetics and Business. |
