Mr. Curtis Taylor, General Manager Flight Control Administration, Delta Air Lines
Mr. Taylor leads a team of Flight Superintendents/Dispatchers as well as exercising direct oversight and safe operations of Delta’s worldwide flight dispatch operations at Delta Air Lines Operations and Customer Center (OCC) at the corporate headquarters in Atlanta. The OCC motto: Every Customer, Every Flight, Every Day is a governing principle that drives all decisions.
In his previous role as General Manager Air Traffic Management (ATM) he worked closely with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSP), Airports and Industry organizations in the United States and around the world to improve the operating environment and drive airspace efficiencies to benefit Delta customers the aviation industry and the travelling public. He was also responsible for Route Efficiency, Safety and Meteorology.
Mr. Taylor is an active member of the US-China Aviation Corporation Program (ACP) and participates in the Executive Management Development Training (EDMT) and the Air Traffic Management Executive Training Program (ATMET) and other project in the ACP portfolio.
He has a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of West Georgia and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management. He also holds a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate and Private Pilot License.
