Celine Patterson developed and currently leads Online Reputation Management at Universal Health Services (UHS), one of the nation’s largest hospital management companies with more than 400 acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, physician groups and ambulatory centers across the U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.K. Passionate about how consumers interact with brands online, Celine works with key stakeholders to provide real time service recovery with market sensitivity to thousands of patient reviews every year.
Reporting on experience outcomes, Celine strategically aligns that data with other patient survey information to drive process improvement, as well as enhance and maximize the patient experience. Celine also partners with the internal advertising agency at UHS, utilizing online sentiment to help guide larger marketing initiatives.
