Cassie has a strong leadership track record in the software industry leading all revenue generating functions which include Customer Success, Sales, Demand Generation and Business Development. In her current role as Chief Revenue Officer for the Field Services Division at Clearent, LLC, she carries P&L responsibilities across 3 SaaS businesses within the Clearent software portfolio. Here she has scaled a team from 6 to nearly 200 and has increased revenue 4x in just 3 years. In prior roles, Cassie has lead customer experience functions in cyber security and hospitality industries in SMB to Enterprise market segments.
Cassie prides herself on driving cross-functional collaboration with a relentless commitment to the customer's journey and experience to achieve exponential growth. In this pursuit, she and her teams have received industry accolades including Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service in the past four consecutive years and individual recognition in 2019 for Sales Director of the Year.
