Callista has years of progressive and well-rounded HR experience, starting her career in human resources in the energy industry. She transitioned into executive recruitment and employee and labor relations in healthcare, and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for a global manufacturing company. She is experienced in demanding and dynamic professional environments, with a strong ability to understand business need and provide innovative HR solutions with focus on a high level of customer service. The consistent thread throughout Callista’s professional career has been the desire to build meaningful relationships with those around her in order to accomplish more, together. Callista is a Certified Professional Coach and a Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM) Certified Professional. She has a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with an emphasis in HR Management. |
