Having spent nearly 25 years leading the teams building Telecommunications Networks around the world; Bill is just as passionate about the customer’s experiences as he is about their ability to connect to the world around them. Most recently, at Calix, Bill has been supporting this journey by enabling many of the Rural Communication Service Providers, nationally and abroad, to methodically break down the digital divide while improving the everyday experiences of broadband access for all. Prior, Bill led teams, at KGPCo, that built Telecommunications infrastructure throughout the urban and suburban areas of the Central United States.
As a results-driven success enabler with a history of organizational achievements focused on balancing operational effectiveness with innovative growth strategies, Bill begins each day with a simple end in mind: The Customer’s Experience. Bill holds an MBA from the Dunham School of Business and Public Policy at Aurora University. |
