Andrew Pender was born and raised in Illinois to a father that proudly worked for Illinois state as a corrections officer now retired, and a mother who immigrated from Colombia South America forging her career in U.S. factories retiring as a production supervisor. Andrew's experiences stem from working in transportation, shipping, and receiving in a warehousing and distribution environment for a fast paced and high volume medium sized company. He feels fortunate to have the opportunities to work directly with a variety of customers ranging from leading companies such as Wal-Mart, Amazon, and Bass Pro/Cabelas to medium and small sized businesses both domestic and international; creating and implementing processes to safely and efficiently meet and or exceed the customers expectations in both routing and shipping.
He is dedicated and passionate about all his activities professional and leisure, and is looking forward to his opportunity to work with the George Washington University Customer Experience Certificate Program as part of the advisory council. |
